RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products being digital, there is no refund on vip stream tv service orders. We offer customers a trial to decide if purchase will be made. We can ONLY refund prior to service activation.
In regards to products that we sell, in the event an item is sent damaged or does not work properly in some way, we offer 15 days for a full refund. Please include item in original packaging.
You must send photo to firstname.lastname@example.org of damaged product and or explain malfunction. We need this information for insurance purposes. You must pay for return shipping of the item.
Once we receive your email we will approve or disapprove claim. Then we will resend new product, provide refund or provide new details about claim.
